Returns, and Replacement Policy
At Sober & Co, we strive to provide you with high-quality products that meet your expectations. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on orders that have been shipped. However, if you receive a damaged or broken consignment, we will replace it with a new order at no additional cost to you.
To initiate a replacement order, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged or broken consignment. We will require photographic evidence of the damage to assess the situation and expedite the replacement process.
Please note that the replacement order will be for the exact same product and quantity as the original order. We reserve the right to refuse replacement orders if we suspect misuse or abuse of our products. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our return and replacement policy. Refunds
In the event that we are unable to replace your damaged or broken consignment, we will issue a refund to you. 100% Refunds are issued for orders outside our serviceable pincodes.
